In Kloster Eberbach, a former Cistercian monastery in the Rheingau area of Germany, Winfried Mühlum-Pyrápheros developed a new system of architectural sculptures which concentrate incoming daylight or artifical light and project it in different directions.These are called translucent architectural sculptures (T.A.S.).
